Exercise, workout, rumba dances, aerobic etc should be practiced under a skillful trainer only. Likewise yoga and meditation has been practiced under yogi or gurus.

Some very sensitive, some will be weak physically and some will be weak mentally. Physical strength can be gained by nutritious food and exercises. But mental strength should be required. Some develop this mental strength by themselves. But in some cases people will lose control over these thoughts and will get disappointed.
