But knowing lacrosse, this actually is a little heavy game especially for women. It needs strong physical qualities and skills so that one can be considered good at it. Some of the needed qualities are strength, agility, endurance, quickness and flexibility which is quite hard to juggle all at once unless a person would strive their best on trainings.

Know that the game would need a strong attribute of physical strength as the game is all about that. Trainings are good fundamentals in making sure you get the hang of the game but relying on that is basically not enough.

Planning the training should be based on how games and the sport actually goes. Because it is a heavy game, make sure that the training you are doing is merely based on the qualities that are in need of improvements. Then do it regularly to prevent the possibility of wearing off because your endurance or agility could actually slow down if you do not do anything about it.

Know that the sport itself is heavy and so the trainings are expected to mirror the intensity of the sport. There are several sprints and runs that would happen for a long time and the body should be prepared on that. Not being able to prepare would sure cause to an injury sooner or later and it can be bad.

Preparation is also a vital part in preparing oneself on the game. If you want to be a better help in the team, make sure to not get any injuries. And for you to dodge such bad scenario from happening, make it a habit to stretch before doing anything really heavy, even workouts may do its purpose.

It may as well be of huge help to plan trainings well enough. Know where to focus and what to do so that certain skills may be improved accordingly. Since there is so much of running on the game, it only is necessary to really focus on that.

In addition to that, weight training is also something very helpful in developing your skill. This will improve the upper body making it easier for a player to go for the purpose and the goal of the game. This kind of trainings may also be a strong improvement for endurance and flexibility.

But then, most important training of all is the mind conditioning. Ensure preparedness mentally as it will determine how your performance would go on the entire game. Try to have a better mindset so that you will be able to think of better strategies to help the team.
