The smell of coffee and the taste of it in the morning get you up to head downstairs. Then you change into your jogging gear, putting your headphones on, to take a few laps in the woods. It could be you get friends who talk you into this, or you may just really enjoy the idea of being one of the first to be there when the sun shines through the trees.

Taking it to the next level is somehow a different story. Sure your jogging gives you a sense of balance and energy. It helps you keep track of your metabolism.
