In your first try, do it without the board and in perfect conditions. The water must be clear of bystanders and swimmers. Perform the exercises the same on land.

The harness comes in the seats, vests or waist types. This is attached together on the spreader bars. The harness will minimize the strain on the kites pull on the riders arms. It allows the rider perform tricks and jumps while they remain being attached to the control bar. These types differ in uses and offer various advantages.

Inflate the kites. Before the person can enjoy the sport, they must first inflate the kites and get it into the air. Simply lay it on the ground in the back side, then connect it with a pump to inflate it. Setting it up for the very first time is easy but having a more experience friend to assist is much better.

Make sure the equipment is flat on the ground so it will not be blown away by the wind. It must be tethered while inflating it. Individuals can learn the sport on land while in the parks or beaches. It does not have to be near in watery areas to use it.
